Driving Directions to Barnstormers Airfield

You can get to the Barnstormers Airfield from I-5 near Wilsonville by taking Butteville Rd. or Arndt Rd.

If you are going to take Butteville Rd. You will want to take I-5 south until you cross the Willamette River in Wilsonville. After crossing the river take Exit 282B (Charbonneau District). When you reach the top of the off-ramp, turn right onto NE. Butteville Rd. Take Butteville Rd. down to the river and follow the river for about five miles until you reach the intersection of Arndt Rd. which will be on your left. (see map) At Arndt Rd. take a left, go about 100 yards to 2nd St. Turn right on 2nd St.  2nd St. is only 2nd St. for about 200 yards and then it turns back into Butteville Rd. Go around the corner and up the hill. After you reach the top of the hill, travel another 200 yards and look for the airfield gate on your left. (See Barnstormers Field Location in yellow on Map).  If you reach Champoeg Rd. you have gone too far.

If you are going to take Arndt Rd. After crossing the Willamette River going south on I-5, take Exit 282A to Canby/Hubbard. You will travel 3 - 5 miles until you reach the stoplight at Arndt Rd. Turn right on Arndt Rd. and travel 3 1/2 miles to the town of Butteville. (See Map) As you near Butteville you will travel downhill into the town. Stay on Arndt Rd. and bear left at the bottom of the hill onto 2nd St. Travel about a 1/4 of  a mile on 2nd St., the road will turn left and head up the hill. The road changes names to Butteville Rd. again. As you reach the top of the hill look for the airfield gate on your left. (See Barnstormers Field Location in yellow on map). If you get to Champoeg Rd. you have gone too far.

Driving Directions to Butteville Community Church

The Butteville Community Church is located at 10858 Arndt Rd. in Butteville. The church is very near the Barnstormers Field Location (See Barnstormers Field Location in yellow on map). To the north, about 1/2 inch above the yellow 'asterisk' identifying the field location, you will see the intersection of 2nd St. and Arndt Rd. The Butteville Community Church is located across the street from the letter 'A' in Arndt Rd. We meet in the basement of the church.
